In the case the delivery is not satisfactory due to unfavourable conditions you may return the goods according to the following policy: At the time of delivery you should check the package and must have the following information: The delivery receipt provided by the company delivering your package. The tracking number and the address from where the goods are shipped to you.

You must check all the goods before you sign the delivery note, there can be two cases in which the goods are considered to be faulty, either the complete product is damaged during shipping or only a partial assembly is faulty. In the case the whole product is faulty you may refuse to accept the delivery and it will be redirected back to us and we can claim the fright company for recovery and send you the new product as soon as possible.

In the case only a partial product is faulty, you may accept the delivery and we will replace the faulty part for you. All goods required to be replaced under this policy must be informed to us via immediate communication modes such as e-mail, telephone or filling up our contact us form. All the goods returned under this policy will be eligible for refund, we will refund your credit card as soon as we could do so, but you should wait at least 15 days for the refund to take place. In case you brought any of these products via a gift certificate you will get a gift certificate in return!

PLEASE READ: Returns without a Return Authorization Number or after 15 days will be refused. Return shipping cost is the responsibilty of the customer. Original Shipping charges are not refundable. Non-Returnable Items: Custom Made Items, Customer Orders and Clearance Items.
